TODAY A2B is working predominantly in Albania where after 50 years of communist rule and an oppressive dictatorship, the country has only recently allowed the freedom to share the love of God.

BRINGING HOPE to provide people with no way out and little or no state support, A2B currently runs a day centre for disadvantaged children and elderly residents of Elbasan, a Family Sponsorship scheme, and provides employment for six Albanian workers

FAMILY SPONSORSHIP  offer a life line to around 30 families who would otherwise be unable to afford basic food, accomodation and medicines. Every family has a diffeent story to tell, but each one has fallen into difficult circumstances in a state which is unable to provide adequate help.

 BRINGING ENCOURAGMENT to the people of Elbasan, a number of or sponsors have visited the day centre and supported families in Albania.

WE HAVE SUCCESSFULLY SUPPORTED a number of families through to self sufficiency enabling them to support themselves. In one case we purchased a cow, which is a valuable asset for a village family. We have provided a number of sewing machines allowing participation in sewing courses from which skills learned can be used to earn money. We have also provided bales of clothing, purchased locally, which are then sorted and sold on in the local markets.
